Mendapatkan kelulusan pengubahsuaian rumah dari pihak majlis d. Mengendalikan proses bagi mendapatkan kelulusan pengubahsuaian dari pihak majlis. e. Menghasilkan lukisan lengkap untuk penghantaran kepada pihak majlis bagi mendapatkan kelulusan. f. Membina Rumah Bungalow dan Bangunan-bangunan lain ( rumah kedai, kilang, surau, masjid, rumah rehat dan sebagainya) g. Mengendalikan projek dari peringkat rekabentuk, proses mendapatkan kelulusan , pembinaan sehingga bangunan diduduki. h. Mengendalikan pengubahsuaian pada bangunan-bangunan seperti: Rumah persendirian, rumah teres, rumah kedai, masjid, surau, kilang dan lain-lain . i. Mengendalikan pengubahsuaian ruang dalaman seperti: dapur, bilik tidur, ruang tamu, bilik dan sebagainya.
